Now hear me out (lol). As someone with partial hearing loss from decades of playing in loud bands, I can personally attest to the effectiveness of cupping my hands behind my ears in order to hear better. Especially in movie theaters or where there is a wide dynamic range of not great amplified sound, cupping my hands behind my ears makes the difference between understanding what’s being said, and not. So some kind of simple physical device I could wear like a hat or clip onto my glasses has been an idea/on my radar for a bunch of years. That’s why I have these photos (from rarehistoricalphotos.com) on my hard drive and ready to share in this post. When I saw this domain dropping I knew it would be perfect. Can you help me manufacture them? They would be miniature versions of the ones in the first photograph.
